Dark Chocolate Blueberry

-1 Cup frozen blueberries (or unfrozen, add 3 ice cubes)

-1 Cup fresh spinach

-1 scoop/Tbsp. chocolate protein powder

-2 Tbsp. cocoa powder

-1 Cup coconut, almond, rice, or dairy milk

Green Machine

-15 chunks of fresh pineapple (or about ½ a pineapple) + 1/4 cup juice

-1 granny smith apple (with skin), cored and chopped

-2 Cups fresh spinach

-1 frozen chopped banana

-½ an avocado or 1 Tbsp. coconut oil (optional, healthy fat)

-½ tsp. chia seeds

-1 Cup coconut, almond, rice, or dairy milk

-3 ice cubes

 


Chocolate Banana PB Smoothie

-1 Cup coconut, almond, rice, or dairy milk

-1 frozen chopped banana

-¼ tsp. chia seeds

-1 ½ Tbsp. natural peanut butter

-¼ tsp. vanilla extract

-2 Tbsp. cocoa powder

-3 ice cubes
